Equipando a los maestros con nuevas habilidades y metodolog\u00edas, el proyecto busca cultivar un entorno educativo m\u00e1s inclusivo que beneficie a todos los estudiantes, especialmente a aquellos en riesgo de exclusi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este evento, organizado por Prism, reuni\u00f3 a docentes de varios pa\u00edses socios (Espa\u00f1a, Polonia, Chipre e Italia) estuvieron representados por 16 profesores dedicados, apasionados por mejorar sus habilidades digitales y crear un entorno escolar m\u00e1s inclusivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uno de los participantes, Stelios Ktoras, maestro, consejero escolar y productor de radio, comparti\u00f3 su experiencia con nosotros: \u00ab<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La formaci\u00f3n ofreci\u00f3 conocimientos invaluables sobre la integraci\u00f3n de metodolog\u00edas art\u00edsticas para fomentar entornos de aula inclusivos<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La formaci\u00f3n proporcion\u00f3 una plataforma para que los educadores mejoren sus habilidades t\u00e9cnicas en relaci\u00f3n con la creaci\u00f3n de una radio web en las escuelas, adem\u00e1s de desarrollar habilidades blandas esenciales para crear entornos de aula inclusivos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta formaci\u00f3n marca un paso significativo en nuestros esfuerzos por empoderar a los educadores con las herramientas y el conocimiento necesarios para involucrar a los estudiantes de manera efectiva y fomentar la inclusi\u00f3n social a trav\u00e9s de metodolog\u00edas art\u00edsticas<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab, coment\u00f3 Elia, gerente de proyectos en RESET.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los participantes se involucraron en actividades pr\u00e1cticas de m\u00e9todos educativos dise\u00f1ados para mejorar la participaci\u00f3n, creatividad y bienestar de los estudiantes.
