El evento fue organizado en conjunto con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cabrasenred.es\/\">Como una Cabra<\/a>, entidad dedicada a la formaci\u00f3n y acompa\u00f1amiento de mujeres del medio rural, especializada en emprendimiento. En este evento, que tuvo lugar <i>online<\/i>, participaron un total de 18 mujeres del medio rural de toda Espa\u00f1a, entre emprendedoras, trabajadoras, habitantes del medio rural y partes interesadas.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogger.googleusercontent.com\/img\/b\/R29vZ2xl\/AVvXsEh5PImKxXsZD3CArIln69b5t1UtyNX2_xUOL2MxmaxxcCiY9RJbiv1wYHc4_zI3AH4V8D986blA_32gPcCDaknQ_6WJEVJW6wnmvOEBH0y0VNNlC8bYerfrhrZs-MHhIlJd7DwXLiU2PgIwogPhqj12BC_FjMBFr1ZWg3_xjuGguYCvBvfXkvIYP11Y\/s898\/proyecto%20MORE.jpg\" style=\"clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" data-original-height=\"405\" data-original-width=\"898\" height=\"144\" src=\"https:\/\/blogger.googleusercontent.com\/img\/b\/R29vZ2xl\/AVvXsEh5PImKxXsZD3CArIln69b5t1UtyNX2_xUOL2MxmaxxcCiY9RJbiv1wYHc4_zI3AH4V8D986blA_32gPcCDaknQ_6WJEVJW6wnmvOEBH0y0VNNlC8bYerfrhrZs-MHhIlJd7DwXLiU2PgIwogPhqj12BC_FjMBFr1ZWg3_xjuGguYCvBvfXkvIYP11Y\/s320\/proyecto%20MORE.jpg\" width=\"320\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El objetivo del evento fue trasladar a mujeres conocedoras del contexto rural los resultados obtenidos de la investigaci\u00f3n realizada por los diferentes socios del proyecto MORE en los diferentes territorios europeos. Se contrastaron los hallazgos y la obtenci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n sobre los siguientes bloques fundamentales: La definici\u00f3n de mujer multifuncional, dificultades, necesidades, oportunidades y buenas pr\u00e1cticas en el contexto rural.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la sesi\u00f3n se discutieron los diferentes puntos de referencia de los bloques y, mediante una din\u00e1mica de trabajo \u201cWorld Caf\u00e9\u201d, los participantes expusieron su opini\u00f3n, aportaron datos significativos, propusieron ideas y se retroalimentaron para mejorar la formaci\u00f3n. Todos estos puntos ser\u00e1n parte clave para desarrollar los m\u00f3dulos de capacitaci\u00f3n que, como resultado, responder\u00e1n a las necesidades de los y las beneficiarias, teniendo en cuenta las dificultades que enfrentan, y orientando las buenas pr\u00e1cticas que ellas mismas expusieron en el evento.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre los puntos clave discutidos estuvo la importancia de brindar la formaci\u00f3n necesaria que proporcione a las mujeres la oportunidad de ampliar sus conocimientos y habilidades, principalmente personales, aquellas vinculadas a la innovaci\u00f3n social y desarrollo comunitario, emprendimiento y sectores espec\u00edficos de empleabilidad e innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica y herramientas digitales.
